#fauxtogram | mud & ice
5 Jan 2014
It’s gray here in Ohio. Forty degrees and gray. A cold front’s moving in, but for now there is still mud. Mud and ice. Thick, red, iron-rich Ohio clay and the last remnants of yesterday’s snow. The lake is frozen over, just a thin sheen of ice, easily crushed by a boot but strong enough to support delicate paws.

Speechless. But I can still write (Yay!). It’s grey here in Croatia too. Lots of mud. But no ice. Syd, you already know how much I love your writing. So, I’ll not repeat that :).
I’ve already stated how much I love your writing as well….so if I came doing it, you’ll probably think I’m a weirdo haha. I bet you’re glad you’re about to leave this crazy weather :)
Your dog is so cute! Makes me miss my pup.
Big impact doesn’t need many words, love how you describe these two photos perfectly, short and sweet.
Your dog is ridiculously cuddlelicious! Love these short snippets of story. Good luck, Syd!
Yes, he is a cutie. Unfortunately he refused to cuddle for the first 12 years of his life. He is now an old dog and will relent to the occasional hug as long as it is not too tight.
