  1. Well done! I am in the same boat as you are, I find that I spend too much wasted time checking FB Feeds, Twitter etc and then getting annoyed with the whole thing (not enough likes, my boring Feed/Timeline etc)
    Started reading properly again and finding other things to do other than social media (e.g. actually talking to people) has helped and made me feel less anxious about it which is good.
    A day off the phone/social media a week is a good idea and one that I am doing now as well.
